We found a vehicle online available at Seaway GM and contacted them right away, with a small deposit the vehicle was held until the next day for us to visit and although we were late by 1 hour and a half we were well received once the salesperson was done with her customer. Overall, the most pleasant experience we have ever had at a dealership. Everyone was very kind and efficient. Most of all we are very happy with our used Jeep. :)

During the summer, while on vacation in Quebec, we had a collision with a deer. The car was still drivable but before returning home to Toronto I wanted to have it checked to make sure it was safe to drive. All the GM dealers near us in Quebec were either closed or too busy to check out our vehicle so we found Seaway Chevrolet online and contacted them by phone. The person I spoke with in the service department was sympathetic to our situation and told me to come straight to them once we left Quebec. We drove slowly to the dealership and they took us right away, inspecting the damage to the right front corner of the vehicle and the undercarriage. We walked across the street to Bigfoot Burgers for lunch while they worked on the car. 20 minutes later our car was delivered to the parking lot of Bigfoot Burgers and we were given our keys and told to have a safe drive home. The technicians had verified that the car was safe to drive home. Not only did they deliver our car to us while we ate lunch, the dealership refused to accept payment for what they did. It is this sort of attention to customer service that makes Seaway Chevrolet stand out among its peers. Even though we live in the Toronto area, I would not hesitate to drive to Cornwall to purchase my next GM vehicle from them, and I know that should our car ever require service while we are in Eastern Ontario or Montreal, we can rest assured that Seaway Chevrolet will take good care of us. I feel bad that it took me so long to write this review but I want everyone to know that they are in good hands when they take their GM vehicle to Seaway Chevrolet for repairs.
